Victorian House, Hale

We’re proud to be delivering this single-storey side and rear extension to a beautiful Victorian property located in the Hale Conservation Area.
Our work includes constructing a new side entrance porch, built with great attention to detail to respect the original period features and blend seamlessly into the existing street scene.
To the rear, we’re creating a spacious open-plan kitchen that steps down into a bright orangery overlooking the garden. A walled courtyard garden to the side of the property has been designed to bring natural westerly light deep into the kitchen, making it the warm heart of the home.
The build incorporates high-quality materials throughout, including polychromatic patterned brickwork, pale stone detailing, and traditional timber windows and doors that complement the character of the main house.
Overall, this project combines carefully considered traditional details with modern, light-filled living spaces that connect the home to the surrounding garden.
