A Cheshire builder that turns up, and finishes.
Established in 2016, FD Build is a family-run construction company delivering high-quality building work across Cheshire and Greater Manchester.
FD Build was established in 2016 by Tim Dajci, with a straightforward commitment: exceptional workmanship, real attention to detail, and clients who are glad they chose us.
We are a Cheshire-based team, working closely with locally recognised architects and structural engineers to take a project cleanly from first drawing to final handover. That network, built up over years, is why our work runs smoothly and to plan.
From full new builds to a single-room extension, we bring the same standard of care to every job. With years of experience across Greater Manchester and a broad portfolio of completed projects, we set our own bar for quality, consistency and safety, and we hold to it.
Quality, consistency and safety, on every job.
