Waterloo Road, Bramhall

Our clients approached us with the ambition to turn their inherited 3-bedroom property in Bramhall into a modern, energy-efficient family home. The project involves a two-storey side and rear wrap-around extension, replacing the original garage and creating a new mezzanine attic space.
With sustainability at the core of the brief, we’re incorporating air source heat pumps, PV panels, and green roofing into the build. The external façade is being fully re-rendered to improve both insulation and aesthetics, while internal upgrades will enhance the building’s performance and future-proof it for the years to come.
Works include full demolition of existing structures, construction of new extensions, and upgrades to the existing external fabric to ensure the entire structure is weather-tight and efficient.
This is a great example of how thoughtful design and modern construction techniques can breathe new life into a traditional home.
