Minty House – Full Renovation & Extension, Hale

This project involves the complete transformation of a typical 1970s detached home in Hale. Originally, the property featured a central entrance with the garage to one side, a small rear kitchen, and four separate bedrooms upstairs.

Our work includes a full internal reconfiguration and rear extension to create a modern, open-plan layout. We have rotated the staircase to open up the ground floor and improve the flow between spaces. The rear extension extends the kitchen into a spacious living area, with large bifold doors that will connect the interior to the private, tree-lined garden.

Inside, the former lounge has been repurposed as a dedicated dining area leading into the new kitchen. The old garage, previously only accessible from outside, has been converted into a formal lounge and living space.

Upstairs, two of the original bedrooms have been combined to form a generous master suite, complete with a dressing area and ensuite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms retain their original layout, enhanced with new fitted wardrobes and contemporary finishes.

This comprehensive renovation blends modern open-plan living with thoughtful design details, giving the property a fresh new lease of life.
