Pownall Park

Four new houses inside the walled garden of the Pownall Hall Estate in Wilmslow, reached from a gated private road.

Each house was designed individually rather than repeated across the plots, so the elevations differ between them, brick on some and render on others. Inside, open-plan kitchen and living space at ground level, en-suite bathrooms, and oak stairs with glass balustrades.
