Singleton Road – Modernizing and extending a bungalow

Work has officially broken ground on our latest residential commission in Heaton Moor Conservation Area. The project involves a comprehensive refurbishment of a traditional bungalow.

The rear extension has been meticulously planned to optimize the site’s orientation and open up onto the properties established south westerly facing gardens. The property will benefit from the latest low carbon technologies including photovoltaic panels, an air source heat pump and tesla battery.

Internally the spaces have been future proofed and are DDA compliant providing a forever home.
